Project
Upon the Client’s payment of the applicable Fees (as outlined in the Project Proposal), we agree to:
- Develop the Website according to the Client’s specifications as outlined in the Project Proposal; and
- Deliver the Services as mutually agreed by both parties.
The Project Proposal contains all necessary project specifications.
Any changes or adjustments to the Project Specifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing. If any party disagrees with the proposed modifications, the parties must engage in discussions to reach a fair resolution. Should any changes result in additional costs beyond the initial Fees outlined, we reserve the right to charge the Client for those additional costs based on our current rates.
Delivery and Approval
Once the Project is completed, the Client must make full payment for us to deploy the Website to the Client’s hosting server. Additional charges may apply if the Client requires the Website to be uploaded to a third-party hosting provider. The Client is responsible for ensuring their file server or hosting space is properly configured.
Following the delivery, the Client will have an "Acceptance Testing Period" to review the Website to ensure it meets the Project Specifications ("Acceptance Test"). The Client may only reject the Website if it substantially deviates from the agreed-upon specifications. Once the Acceptance Test is passed, the Client must confirm that the Project is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials provided on our website and services, including graphics, text, images, and data, are the intellectual property of Softech Web Solutions and are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any content obtained through our website or services without prior written permission from us.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
